The Software Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting software development projects by analyzing business and system requirements, managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), conducting business process analysis, facilitating requirements gathering, performing quality assurance (QA) testing, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking and resolving defects, ensuring quality control, and providing software implementation and post-deployment support. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, root cause analysis, gap analysis, risk assessment, process improvement, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, while a Master's degree will be preferred. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in systems analysis, business process analysis, SDLC, QA, UAT, defect management, quality control, and software implementation and support is required.
