Job summary

Zong 5G in Pakistan is seeking a QA Field Engineer to manage the field operations of assigned grids and ensure quality through audits. You will coordinate with MS Vendor teams and internal CMPak staff to resolve issues, conduct site audits, and submit KPI reports to the team lead.

You will plan and execute audit plans, follow up on snags, ensure PM execution per SLA for the grid, and maintain maintenance standards for both Telco and non-Telco equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BE/BSC/B Tech/Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of field operations of assigned grids.
• Coordination with MS Vendor’s grid and cluster level staff for routine operations.
• Responsible for quality assurance of assigned grids through field Audits.
• Prepare and execute site Audit plan as per Audit criteria.
• Detailed report submission of audits and submission of achieved KPI score to TL/Manager for review.
• Follow up with vendors for resolution of snags identified during Audits or through alarms.
• Ensuring PM Execution as per SLA for assigned grid.
• Ensure Telco & Non-Telco maintenance is done as per standards.
• Audit of specialized projects executed by MS Vendor.
• Coordination with CMPak commercial counterparts for network-related issues and complaints and their resolution through MS Vendor field teams.
• Coordination with CMPak internal technical teams for back office support.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• In principle, to have a Bachelor's Degree in BE/BSC/B Tech/Engineering or other relevant degree.

Work Experience:

Should have preferably 2 to 3 years of experience.
