Job summary

Arpatech is seeking a seasoned SQA Manager – Automation on a contractual basis to lead QA strategy, drive automation initiatives, and manage cross-functional teams across Pakistan and international markets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA with 6+ years in Automation QA, hands-on Playwright (2+ years), and strong expertise in Selenium or Cypress, along with proven leadership and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience with at least 6 years in Automation QA.
• 2+ years hands-on with Playwright.
• Strong experience with Selenium and/or Cypress.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional QA teams across Pakistan and international markets.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Ability to improve team efficiency, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
