Resumo da oferta

ExpiWell, LLC seeks a senior QA Lead to own quality across web, iOS, Android, and API layers. You will decide release readiness, build and run automated suites, and guide where the product should improve with evidence-based UX suggestions.

You will extend Playwright web tests, implement Appium-based mobile automation on real devices, and automate API tests in Postman across regions. Strong English and cross-time-zone collaboration are required.

Qualificações

• 6–7 years in software QA with at least 4 years building test automation from the ground up.
• Strong TypeScript or JavaScript, since our suites are code that developers read and review.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Playwright for web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for native iOS and Android apps, including real-device testing.
• Confident API testing in Postman: collections, environments, authentication flows, and automated runs.

Responsabilidades

• Be the release gatekeeper: define the pre-release checklist, run it, and sign-off for web, iOS, and Android releases.
• Own and extend Playwright end-to-end suites for the web app and ensure green runs in promotions and nightly builds.
• Build mobile automation for iOS and Android apps using Appium on real devices.
• Create and maintain API tests in Postman with region-specific environments and automated execution in CI/CD.
• Test the participant experience end-to-end on real phones, including notifications, surveys, offline behavior, and syncing to the dashboard.
• Review the product as a user would and provide UX/workflow recommendations with evidence and mocks where useful.
• Maintain fast, stable, trustworthy suites; reduce flaky tests and report coverage, readiness, and risk.
