Job summary

10Pearls, LLC in Karachi is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead the Testing Capability function across projects and BAU activities. You will coordinate testing services, drive quality outcomes, and ensure governance standards are met while supporting transformation initiatives through automation and quality engineering practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
10+ years in QA or technology leadership roles.
Proven experience managing multiple client engagements.
Experience with test governance and reporting.
Hands-on with test management tools.

Responsibilities

Design and improve testing engagement workflows and intake processes.
Direct operational delivery of Testing Capability services.
Manage test demand intake, prioritization, and allocation.
Produce monthly testing reports and dashboards.
Lead testing governance and transformation initiatives.
Coordinate AI-enabled testing solutions adoption.
