We’re looking for aQA Automation Engineer with React Development experienceto join our growing engineering team. This role will primarily focus onbuilding, maintaining, and improving automated testing solutionsto ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications.
Alongside QA automation responsibilities, you’ll also contribute tofront-end development using Reactwhen required, helping the team implement, maintain, and improve user-facing features.
You’ll work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements, automate critical user journeys, improve test coverage, and support the delivery of high-quality software.
Strong communication skills in English are essential to work effectively within the team and with stakeholders. If you enjoy automation, problem-solving, and occasionally getting hands-on with React development, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
QA Automation – Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications.
- Create and maintain end-to-end (E2E), integration, and regression tests.
- Identify critical user journeys and ensure appropriate automated test coverage.
- Work closely with developers and QA team members to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Investigate, reproduce, and document software defects and unexpected test failures.
- Maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of automated test suites.
- Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor test results and identify recurring issues or areas requiring improved coverage.
- Contribute to improving overall QA processes, testing standards, and automation strategies.
- Perform exploratory and manual testing when required to support automation efforts.
Front-End Development – Secondary Responsibilities
- Contribute to front-end development usingReact and JavaScript/TypeScriptwhen required.
- Build and maintain reusable React components.
- Assist with implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
- Help troubleshoot and fix front-end bugs identified through automated or manual testing.
- Contribute to performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on QA automation, software testing, or JavaScript-based test automation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
- Experience writing and maintaining end-to-end, integration, and regression tests.
- Good understanding of software testing principles, test cases, defect reporting, and QA processes.
- Experience testing modern web applications and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
- Experience with Git and modern version-control workflows.
- Working knowledge of React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of component-based architecture and modern SPA principles.
- Ability to debug issues across both automated tests and front-end applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.
