Job summary

VisionX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers across the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and reliability. You will implement and maintain automation frameworks, execute functional and regression tests, and contribute to test planning and defect tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/SE or related field.
• 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience focusing on automation testing.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation.
• API testing experience with Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Your Role

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts while ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications. What You Need:

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation.


• Understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

• Experience using version control systems such as Git.


• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).


• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
