Mobiz IT in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to own the buy cycle end-to-end—from request to invoice match. You will manage POs in Dynamics 365, handle resale licensing, and ensure pricing accuracy to protect margins.

The role requires 2–4 years in purchasing/procurement, hands-on ERP experience (Dynamics 365 BC/NAV), and advanced Excel skills. Multi-entity and multi-currency purchasing support is part of the scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, supply chain or related.
• 2–4 years in purchasing, procurement or accounts payable, ideally at an IT reseller, MSP or services firm.
• Hands-on purchasing in an ERP; Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV preferred.
• Knowledge of three-way match, accruals and prepaid expenses.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliations).
• Ability to stop risky purchases and ensure accuracy in pricing and terms.

Mansioni

• Process getters: Requisitions and POs from ServiceNow and issue POs in Dynamics 365 with correct vendor and pricing.
• Handle resale procurement by sourcing through distributors and tie to customer orders.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotes; flag purchases that erode gross margin.
• Maintain renewal calendars for internal tools and CSP terms; manage renewals 60 days before deadlines.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, receipt and invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Onboard vendors and subcontractors; maintain clean vendor master in BC.
• Provide open-PO reports, accruals, and reconcile license purchases to CSP billing.
• Report spend by vendor, category and customer; recommend vendor consolidation.
• Support multi-entity/multi-currency purchasing as needed.
