Zones, LLC in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement process from PO generation to invoicing and receiving goods. You will work with large distributors and OEMs, ensuring SLA adherence, optimizing sourcing, and maintaining supplier relationships across regions.

The role requires ERP experience, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, strong coordination and communication skills, and a proactive approach to cost and delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Master's in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 3-4 years’ offshore/outsourced procurement experience in IT hardware/software.
• Experience with ERP tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong vendor engagement and coordination skills.
• Understanding of VAT/compliance and export processes across regions.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and receiving goods to meet SLA.
• Optimize sourcing routes to maximize supplier rebates and minimize costs.
• Maintain supplier relationships and streamline downstream activities.
• Generate periodic reports with Finance and Sales teams for improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver 5-star service.
