Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualification mandatory.
- 8–10+ years of Finance/ERP experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Retail experience highly preferred.
- Experience as an ERP Product Owner / Finance Systems Specialist is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ideal profile bridges Finance, Business Operations, and ERP/Tech.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Microsoft Dynamics Finance / ERP as the Finance Product Specialist.
- Translate Finance and business requirements into ERP solutions and process improvements.
- Lead ERP integrations, implementations, UAT, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Optimize R2R, P2P, O2C, inventory, reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls.
- Ensure accurate integration of POS, payments, inventory, e-commerce, and operational systems with Finance.
- Develop automation, dashboards, and reporting to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
- Work closely with Finance, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and external ERP partners.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure Dynamics remains scalable as the business grows.
