Job description

We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) / AX 2012 professionals with expertise in Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role involves solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support, with leadership responsibilities depending on the candidate’s career level.

Location: Across Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure sales orders, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, intercompany transactions, returns, invoicing, and customer settlements.
• Conduct business workshops to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare functional design documents for integrations with e-commerce, retail, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants to ensure successful O2C implementation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• For lead-level positions, guide consultants, oversee solution delivery, and own the O2C workstream sign-off with business stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, specifically in Sales and Distribution and O2C processes.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle D365 implementations covering the O2C workstream.
• For CL07, experience in three or more full-cycle implementations, including a lead role in at least one implementation.
• Strong understanding of sales order management, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, intercompany transactions, returns, invoicing, and customer settlements.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury goods, or wholesale industries.
• Knowledge of intercompany transactions and multi-entity business setups.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification, particularly MB-330.
• Experience integrating D365 SCM with e-commerce platforms, retail solutions, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
