Daraz is seeking a Seller Acquisition Manager - North to lead on-ground seller identification, engagement, and onboarding across Punjab, especially Lahore. You will oversee a field team, build relationships with wholesale markets, and translate market insights into actionable acquisition plans.

Fluent in English and Urdu with strong negotiation skills, you will use data to prioritize opportunities and work cross-functionally to ensure sellers thrive on the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business development, field sales or seller acquisition in a related sector.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a field team and hit KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard sellers across Punjab, with Lahore focus.
• Lead a field team; set targets, track KPIs and drive performance.
• Analyze market data to prioritize seller opportunities and categories.
• Collaborate with category, operations and seller success teams.
