Identify founders, CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, and other relevant decision-makers.
Check whether a company matches aSimplify's target customer profile.
Research the company's product, market, team, and current stage.
Find useful signals such as funding, hiring, product launches, customer growth, technical changes, or expansion.
Prepare short research notes with source links.
Record prospect information in the agreed spreadsheet or CRM.
Remove duplicate, outdated, or poorly matched leads.
Clearly separate verified information from assumptions.
Prepare research briefs for the Outreach Coordinator.
Continuously improve your research process based on feedback.
Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome.
Strong reading comprehension and written English.
Good attention to detail.
Comfortable researching unfamiliar companies and industries.
Able to write short, clear summaries.
Comfortable using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, spreadsheets, and AI research tools.
Able to verify information rather than copying the first result.
