System Heuristics is seeking a curious Tech Research Assistant to support our technology research initiatives, gather insights, and help develop innovative solutions across projects.

The role involves researching emerging technologies, analyzing trends, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with product and development teams to provide actionable research-based recommendations. A strong foundation in CS/IT and communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
1+ years of experience in tech research, internships, or relevant projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with research methodologies, technical writing, and data collection
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic programming or data analysis tools
Experience with AI/ML, cloud computing, or software development research
Knowledge of academic research databases and citation tools
Familiarity with prototyping or experimentation in software or hardware projects
Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes
Experience preparing technical documentation or whitepapers

Responsibilities
