As a Business Development Intern, you will be a key player in our outreach efforts, engaging with new clients via emails, calls, and social media, with a special focus on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for building curated customer relations data pipelines to support user acquisition campaigns on platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our sales pipeline data and ensuring accurate daily activity logging on the team’s tracker.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high‑potential leads across our target accounts
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Write clear, personalized outreach messages that break through the noise
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and intent
- Conduct effective discovery calls to uncover business pain points
- Collaborate with inbound and marketing teams to create sync between outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Log daily activities on the team tracker and report progress weekly
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly goals for qualified meetings booked
- Share learnings from outbound tests, messaging, and market insights with the team

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
- Strong sense of ownership, hustle, and continuous learning
