Job summary

Schneider Electric in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Project Leader to drive technology programs end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will manage budgets, assess risks, report status to senior management, and partner with stakeholders across geographies to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Service Experience on Schneider Products ( Relays, HVX, DTR, ACB, AHF & VFD)
• Design, Installation & Testing Experience of MV Panels, LV Panels, PFIP Panels & MCC Panels.
• Have good knowledge of implementing PME & PSO.
• Implementation of Safety at Sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of technological projects from inception to implementation.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage risks and resolve issues related to the projects.
• Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
• Understand and evaluate technical project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external team stakeholders to align expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
