Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced project professional to lead and drive complex technology initiatives across relays, MV/LV panels, and MCC systems. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages from inception to implementation, aligning stakeholders and clients while managing risks, budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Service Experience on Schneider Products ( Relays, HVX, DTR, ACB, AHF & VFD)
• Design, Installation & Testing Experience of MV Panels, LV Panels, PFIP Panels & MCC Panels
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of technological projects from inception to implementation
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage risks and resolve issues related to the projects
• Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
• Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment
• Understand and evaluate technical project requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external team stakeholders to align expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications

Job description

• Have good knowledge of implementing PME & PSO.
• Implementation of Safety at Sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of technological projects from inception to implementation.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage risks and resolve issues related to the projects.
• Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
