Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced project professional to lead and drive complex technology initiatives across relays, MV/LV panels, and MCC systems. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages from inception to implementation, aligning stakeholders and clients while managing risks, budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

Service Experience on Schneider Products ( Relays, HVX, DTR, ACB, AHF & VFD)
Design, Installation & Testing Experience of MV Panels, LV Panels, PFIP Panels & MCC Panels
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of technological projects from inception to implementation
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Manage risks and resolve issues related to the projects
Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and clients
Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment
Understand and evaluate technical project requirements
Coordinate with internal and external team stakeholders to align expectations and ensure satisfaction
Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders
Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
