Zones, LLC in Islamabad is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to our top-tier clients while ensuring deployments meet SLA expectations. You will coordinate deployment processes, work with CRM, Kinaxis, CIM, AX, and ServiceNow, and monitor order processing, quality checks, and shipment status.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/Business, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with team-oriented and self-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment processes and schedules.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams via CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, and ServiceNow.
• Monitor order processing, quality checks, and shipment status.
• Develop understanding of inventory management principles.
• Maintain project tools such as client dashboards, Smartsheets, and MS Excel.
• Drive deployment requirements using Kinaxis for order and schedule changes.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Position Overview:

ProjectCoordinatorisa key roletodelivering customer service directly to ourtoptier clientsin order toachieve a high degree of customer satisfaction andmeetingcustomer’sSLA expectations forprojects. This role requires ahighly-motivatedindividual with the ability to deal with ambiguous requests, manage on-going deployment schedules and handle multiple competing priorities.

What you’ll do as theProjectCoordinator:

• Coordination of the deployment processes.

• Coordinating with multiple internal teams via multiple tools (CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, ServiceNow)
• Understand Order Processing with attention to detail including quality checking, releasing and monitoring shipment status
• Working in a team environment
• Developing firm understanding of the principles and best practices of inventory management.
• Managingprojecttools includingenterprise, such as Client dashboards,Smartsheetsand MS Excel
• Drive all deployment requirements through demand planning tools (Kinaxis) including order processing, schedule changes, order changes, and Internal changes.
• Projectmanagement experience is a plus

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Administration or any other related field
