Job summary
The World Food Programme in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Programme Associate (SC6) to provide specialised programme support, coordination, monitoring and partnership management for nutrition, food systems and school meals in Punjab.
You will liaise with the Department of Health, provincial authorities and partners to ensure timely delivery, data quality and evidence-based decision making. Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum six years of progressively responsible professional experience in nutrition, public health, food security, programme management or related fields.
- Experience in programme implementation, monitoring, partner management and government coordination.
- Experience with donor reporting and corporate reporting requirements within UN agencies, NGOs or development organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of nutrition, food systems and school meals programme activities in Punjab.
- Coordinate implementation activities with government departments and trusted partners to ensure timely delivery and targets.
- Maintain effective working relationships with government stakeholders and cooperating partners.
- Prepare regular progress reports, briefing notes and analytical summaries for management and donors.
