Job summary

The Coca-Cola Lahore plant is seeking a Production Executive to support the Senior Manager, Production in delivering daily manufacturing targets while upholding KO standards and regulatory compliance. You will monitor line performance, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance, ensure safety and food safety practices, and contribute to KPI achievement across the production area.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/electrical/chemical/mechatronics background, 4–5 years FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/chemical/mechatronics).
• 4–5 years of FMCG manufacturing/production ops experience with line supervision.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, ISO 9001/14001/18001/22000, and OHSAS/ISO 18001.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with SAP production reporting and PI sheet closure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and ensure compliance with KO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve operational issues to meet daily KPIs.
• Monitor schedules, product quality, materials, and line performance to achieve targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Lead team meetings and cross-functional communication to support productivity and quality.
