The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–5 years of experience in FMCG production, with strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and SAP systems.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations, including day-to-day supervision of multiple production lines.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and quality systems (ISO 9001/14001/22000) and Lean/continuous improvement concepts.

The role is responsible for managing production processes, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring equipment reliability and safe working conditions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The position also ensures compliance with GMP and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards including KORE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, and ISO 22000.
