Coca-Cola Co in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Production Executive to support the Senior Manager, Production in overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring high-quality products that meet KO standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–5 years of experience in FMCG production, with strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or mechatronics engineering from a recognized university.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations, including day-to-day supervision of multiple production lines.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and quality systems (ISO 9001/14001/22000) and Lean/continuous improvement concepts.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Manager, Production in overseeing overall production operations and ensuring compliance with KO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, line performance, quality, and maintenance metrics to achieve daily targets and plant KPIs.
• Coordinate with maintenance for reliability, equipment utilization, and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and document control, SOPs, and cross-functional communication.
• Ensure safety, food safety, environmental and IMS requirements are embedded in daily operations.
