The Coca-Cola Export Corporation - PAKISTAN BRANCH is seeking a Production Executive to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with GMP and IMS standards across manufacturing operations.

You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or mechatronics engineering and bring 4–5 years of FMCG production experience, plus knowledge of SAP, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO/KORE systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or mechatronics engineering from a recognized university.
• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, with day-to-day supervision of multiple lines.
• Knowledge of food packaging, food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and SPC.
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and KORE.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Manager, Production in overseeing production operations and ensuring compliance with KO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage area-specific production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor schedules, product quality, materials, and line performance to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs including safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.
• Embed IMS requirements within manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with the maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and update production process documentation and ensure cross-functional communication.
• Participate in production and workforce scheduling to maximize uptime and productivity.
• Lead team meetings and process improvement discussions.
