Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Senior General Duty Plant Operator to identify performance issues and help resolve them, driving continuous plant improvement. You will monitor process equipment, follow SOPs, and perform a range of manual and semi-automated production tasks with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supporting the production team to meet targets, maintaining batch sheets, and performing routine maintenance while ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• DAE in Mechanical/Chemical or Electrical required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar plant operator role.
• Ability to read SOPs and maintain records.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following established procedures.
• Load materials and oversee packaging and labeling per batch sheets.
• Monitor process variables (temperature, RPM) and report deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping to GMP standards.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
