Coca-Cola Co in Lahore seeks a Senior General Duty Plant Operator to perform a range of production tasks, monitor equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, data recording, and teamwork across shifts.

You will handle raw materials, operate filling and packaging processes, and participate in maintenance and sanitation activities to ensure on-time production and quality targets.

Formación

• DAE or equivalent in mechanical/chemical/electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read and write English to understand SOPs and complete records.
• Computer literacy and basic data entry skills.
• Willingness to work any shift with short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and control manufacturing processes for beverage base and concentrate.
• Follow SOPs, batch sheets and area leads' instructions to meet production targets.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance and sanitation per GMP and CIP/COP procedures.
• Record process data accurately (RPM, torque, weights) and report deviations to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with area leads to ensure smooth handover of finished goods to the SC area.
