Job summary

Mashreq Careers in Pakistan seeks a seasoned onboarding and relationship management lead to own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey for SMEs, including account fulfillment, activation and funding in Pakistan.

You will partner with operations, compliance and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies, reduce activation turn-around times, manage stationery inventory, and monitor activation rates and backlog while leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers in KLI to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SMEs.
• Partner with operations, compliance to drive efficiencies and reduce activation TAT.
• Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach for dependencies (pending docs, info).
• Manage stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.
• Work with Operations/compliance to process case and reduce backlogs.
• Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives.
• Manage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results.
