Job summary

Mashreq Careers in Pakistan seeks a senior Activation Lead to manage the downstream onboarding journey from account creation to activation and funding. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders to drive efficiency, reduce activation TAT and backlog, and improve the customer experience in account opening.

You will also track activation metrics, coordinate communications with customers, and engage senior leadership for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial industry focusing on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Experience driving onboarding and activation initiatives to reduce backlogs and TAT.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding.
• Partner with stakeholders including operations and compliance to drive operational efficiencies and reduce activation TAT.
• Drive customer communications to reach customers for pending docs and information.
• Manage stationery inventory and track activation rates, STP%, and backlog.
• Engage senior management and key stakeholders to gain buy-in for initiatives.
