Responsibilities

• Source materials, obtain quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and issue purchase orders according to production and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, order quantities, and material quality; resolve delays and shortages.
• Maintain procurement records including prices, lead times, MOQs, and supplier data.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance for receiving, verification, documentation, and payment processing.
• Support local sourcing initiatives and procurement cost-reduction efforts.

Position Overview

Yadea Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and project procurement activities. The role will be responsible for material sourcing, quotation management, purchase order processing, supplier coordination, delivery follow-ups, and cost optimization to ensure timely and efficient material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials, obtain quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and issue purchase orders according to production and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, order quantities, and material quality, and resolve delivery delays, shortages, and other supply-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase prices, supplier lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and supplier master data.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material receiving, verification, documentation, and payment processing.
• Support local sourcing initiatives, procurement cost-reduction efforts, and the development of alternative suppliers to improve supply reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, ERP systems, and supplier delivery management.
