UNDP Pakistan is seeking an Operations & Finance Analyst to provide specialized financial management and operational coordination for the Rule of Law Programme. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and financial analysis to ensure efficient use of resources.

The role includes strengthening internal controls, supporting donor reporting and coordinating with country office teams to meet UNDP policies and donor requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in programme or project financial management, including budget planning and forecasting.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, budget revisions, reconciliations and management financial information.
• Familiarity with donor requirements and audit processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial management, budgeting, forecasting and expenditure monitoring for the Rule of Law Programme.
• Ensure financial reporting, internal controls and audit readiness.
• Coordinate operational processes and support donor-funded programme activities.
• Advise management on financial implications and risk management.
