Job summary

UNDP Pakistan's Rule of Law Programme seeks an Operations & Finance Analyst to provide financial management, budgeting, forecasting and administrative support for the programme. The role requires coordination with the Team Lead and Country Office colleagues to ensure timely, compliant resource use.

You will monitor expenditures, prepare reports, support audits, and help implement internal controls, risk management and donor reporting, contributing to transparent and accountable programme

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or advanced degree in finance or accounting.
• Two years (with master’s) or four years (with bachelor's) of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management, operational coordination and administrative support for the Rule of Law Programme.
• Support budget preparation and revisions, forecasting, expenditure and commitment monitoring.
• Prepare financial reports, budget revisions, reconciliations and management dashboards.
• Assist in audits, internal controls, risk management and donor reporting.
• Coordinate operational processes with designated team members and Country Office colleagues.
