• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a customer support or purchasing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Project, Outlook.
• Experience with ticketing and quotation apps such as ConnectWise and QuoteWerks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure computer hardware and software by preparing quotes for clients.
• Engage with clients to discuss quotes, gather feedback, and secure approvals.
• Manage warranties, support agreements, licensing for clients.
• Place orders for hardware and software after client approvals, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
