Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant procurement/buying experience.
  • Experience in technical, project-based, engineering, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Understanding of local sourcing, regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate HEIS procurement requirements, technical specs, and project timelines into effective sourcing plans.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from requirement identification to PO issuance, contract execution, and payment reconciliation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, pricing, capacity, compliance, reliability, and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms covering pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, Design, Quality Control, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely procurement aligned with budgets and project requirements.

Job description

We are looking for an Executive Buyer to manage and execute local procurement activities for the HEIS division , ensuring timely sourcing, competitive pricing, quality compliance, and effective supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and translate HEIS procurement requirements, technical specifications, and project timelines into effective sourcing plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requirement identification and supplier evaluation to PO issuance, contract execution, and payment reconciliation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, pricing, capacity, compliance, reliability, and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms covering pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, Design, Quality Control, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely procurement aligned with specifications, budgets, and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, proactively resolving operational issues and ensuring service continuity.
  • Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks while developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs, improve lead times, optimize processes, and enhance sourcing efficiency.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procurement best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements, including SROs and FBR notifications.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including the identification of innovative materials, technologies, and cost-effective procurement solutions relevant to HEIS.
  • Participate in business planning and forecasting discussions to anticipate material requirements and support long‑term sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on procurement progress, supplier performance, risks, and mitigation actions.
What We're Looking For
  • BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement/buying, preferably within a technical, project‑based, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of local sourcing, commercial negotiations, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver within tight timelines.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related field
