Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive procurement experience in construction or luxury residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIPS, CSCP).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sourcing for civil, structural, MEP, and luxury finishes (imported materials and fittings).
• Draft, negotiate, and execute POs and vendor contracts with favorable terms and warranties.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Architects to convert MTOs into procurement schedules.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement records, dashboards, and stock visibility to minimize waste.
