Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–8 years in procurement, supply chain or vendor management.
• Experience with international supplier networks and risk management.
• Proven negotiations leading to cost optimization.
• Strong analytics using spreadsheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across finished goods, components and parts.
• Develop category sourcing strategies and supplier onboarding initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization through negotiations and value engineering.
• Establish and manage Supplier Performance Management Program and scorecards.
• Build procurement dashboards with real-time PO, status, and savings visibility.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Finance and Product teams.
