This role owns the top of the sales funnel: identifying targets, running outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our account management team to close. Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales development or outbound sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and self-motivated, with high activity levels.
• Organized and capable of lead tracking and reporting.
• Team player eager to grow in a fast-moving company.

Responsabilités

• Research and build lists of wholesale and B2B partners.
• Run outbound outreach via call, email, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before handoff.
• Book discovery meetings for the account management team.
• Maintain CRM with prospect and outreach activity.
• Support trade show and event lead generation.
• Report on outreach activity and pipeline progress.
