Job summary

Nysonian is seeking a Tax Manager to own full-cycle tax across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. The role focuses on risk mitigation, strategic planning, and process improvements while collaborating with finance, legal, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field.
• ACCA or CA certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in taxation and accounting, including cross-border or multinational tax exposure.
• Deep understanding of tax and accounting principles with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end tax compliance for US, Canada and international obligations.
• Manage relationships with external tax service providers.
• Serve as primary liaison with tax authorities and resolve inquiries.
• Provide inputs for financial reporting, risk management and strategy.
• Mentor and guide the taxation team to raise performance and adherence to practices.
• Conduct ad hoc tax analyses to support initiatives and mitigate exposure.
