Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination and administrative support for procurement projects.
• Identify potential suppliers and compile data to support supplier selection.
• Review and prioritize purchase requests to ensure timely procurement of goods and services at lowest cost.
• Assist in negotiations on terms with suppliers alongside senior staff.
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts for approval and processing.
• Resolve issues with delivered goods and liaise with involved parties.
