Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in expense management, cost analysis, FP&A, or related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with corporate expense policies, escalating deviations for leadership review.
• Monitor and interpret operating expenses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Conduct detailed expense audits and analyses to uncover cost reduction opportunities.
• Partner with business units to challenge spending and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
• Produce executive-level, data-driven expense reports for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to improve spending governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of expense management processes and tools.
