Job summary

Nysonian Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for finished goods, components, and parts across NOBL Travel and FLO Pilates.

You will manage supplier relationships, sourcing, planning, and governance while driving cost optimization and data-driven performance insights. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or certifications preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive procurement or vendor management experience.
• Experience managing international supplier networks, esp. China and Asia.
• Proven negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier performance skills.
• Strong analytics, scorecards, KPI reporting, and dashboard experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing across finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and ops supplies.
• Develop category sourcing strategies, supplier onboarding, and segmentation.
• Drive cost optimization through negotiations, value engineering, and alternate sourcing.
• Establish Supplier Performance Program with scorecards and corrective actions.
• Build procurement dashboards for real-time PO, production, shipments, and savings.
• Oversee PO management, supplier production tracking, and documentation compliance.
• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Finance, Product Dev, and Operations for inventory and launches.
