Job summary

Zong 5G Islamabad invites a Procurement Compliance professional to support end-to-end risk management, audit readiness and governance. You will monitor procurement processes, analyze ERP-driven transactions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to strengthen controls.

The role focuses on reporting, dashboards and automation, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• CIA, CRMA and CFE certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Risk Management: Monitor and track procurement risks end-to-end.
• Perform data-driven analysis of transactions and ERP controls using Oracle, SQL and other platforms.
• Compliance Monitoring: Conduct periodic reviews against policies and governance.
• Audit & Rectification Management: Coordinate with internal and external audit teams; track and close observations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Requesting Departments, Finance, IT, ERP and others to resolve issues.
• Reporting & Management Support: Prepare procurement risk, compliance, audit and project reports and dashboards.
• Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Policies, Controls & Governance: Support development and enforcement of procurement policies and controls.
• Training & Compliance Culture: Conduct training to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
• Digital Transformation & Automation: Coordinate ERP/IT system optimization and automation.
