Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support its Automotive business. You will work with Sales and Operations to ensure orders are placed accurately and payments, deliveries, and scheduling are managed efficiently.

You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, monitor payments, track fulfillment, and maintain records. Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or related role; automotive-industry experience a plus.
• Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in placing and processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress smoothly according to schedules.
• Monitor payment status and requirements to ensure payments are completed on time.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from order placement through final delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, payment status, delivery dates, and delivery locations.
• Provide regular, timely updates to the Sales and Operations teams on order progress, delivery dates, and locations.
• Identify potential delays, discrepancies, or issues and coordinate resolution.
• Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
• Maintain organized procurement/order documentation and records.
• Support reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
• Perform other procurement and operational coordination activities as required.
