Job summary

HBL People is seeking a Branch Operations Lead for the Priority Lounge in Pakistan. The role covers ensuring lounge operations, instant cheque book and debit card issuance, and supervising teller services for timely and accurate customer transactions.

It also involves regulatory compliance, risk management, and SLA adherence, plus coaching staff and coordinating with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and deposits growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3-4 years of branch banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow lounge operations and SLAs to ensure compliant and timely processing of customer requests.
• Supervise teller services to handle transactions accurately and respond to customer issues.
• Manage trade-related procedures in line with bank risk and compliance policies.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting and audit readiness.
• Oversee printing/authorization of instant cheque books and debit cards.
• Carry out branch service audits and enforce SOPs for consistency.
• Lead conflict resolution and stakeholder management within the branch.
