Job summary

You will work closely with production, design, and customer service to ensure requirements are captured and executed with quality and timeliness.

The role requires strong English and Urdu communication, sharp negotiation to protect margins, and adept use of CRM to manage pipeline and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Confident on phone and in-person client meetings.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Negotiation skills to protect margins.
• Familiarity with print production terms and lead times.
• Sales tracking experience in CRM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Target-driven with monthly revenue goals.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and qualify needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Convert qualified leads into orders by presenting suitable product options, pricing, and production timelines.
• Prepare clear quotations and proposals and follow through until order confirmation.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to confirm specifications, proofs, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status and client communications in the CRM or sales tracker.
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client queries and ensure satisfaction.
