Job summary

Packzeo in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly targets across the Karachi region and national accounts. The role requires proactive field engagement, accurate order qualification, and coordination with production for on-time delivery.

You will identify leads, present solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the end-to-end sales process while keeping CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years proven B2B or packaging/industrial sales experience (preferred).
• Prospecting, networking, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Familiarity with packaging products and basic specifications.
• CRM discipline: accurate record keeping, pipeline management and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written Urdu and English; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify leads from e-commerce sellers, retailers and brand owners.
• Present product solutions, provide quotations and negotiate pricing to close sales.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including sample approvals and order confirmation.
• Coordinate with production and operations for timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
• Conduct client visits, deliver samples and follow up until order completion.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
