Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking an Acquisition Growth Analyst to drive how customers discover, sign up, and perform first transfers across corridors. You will own referral, affiliate, and viral loops, quantify unit economics, and push experiments to improve activation, onboarding, and first-send journeys.

The role focuses on acquisition quality, funnel leakage, and strategic channels, with visibility across compliance and BI.

Qualifications

Minimum graduation with 2 to 4 years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
Hands-on acquisition funnel management: end-to-end ownership from traffic to activation and first transaction.
Proven track record of improving acquisition volume, conversion rate, or CAC efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end referral, affiliate, and viral loops performance analysis; manage unit economics and CAC/LTV by corridor.
Analyze full acquisition funnel from install to first/second transaction; identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
Track channel performance and provide weekly/monthly insight on funnel, CAC, and corridor trends; design experiments to improve outcomes.
