The role emphasizes operational efficiency, SLA adherence, and data integrity in CRM (Dynamics 365). Ideal candidates are organized, decisive, and collaborative, with 2+ years in sales support or technical ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years experience in a sales support, customer service, or technical operations role.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and process adherence.
• Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and workflows.
• General understanding of IT solution categories (networking, cloud, data center).
• Collaborative team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity intake and qualification via CRM, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Review submissions for completeness and alignment with intake requirements.
• Opportunity routing and assignment to the correct presales resource.
• Ensure SLA adherence for assignment timelines and aging opportunities.
• Update CRM records (e.g., Dynamics 365) with accurate data.
• Document updates for tracking and reporting.
• Communicate assignment status with sales and stakeholders.
• Follow up on incomplete requests.
• Monitor queue health and escalate risks.
• Contribute to triage workflows, playbooks, SOPs.
• Onboard and mentor new triage team members.
• Support adherence to standardized triage processes.
