Zones, LLC, a leading IT solutions provider, seeks a Software Quality Control Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance of software orders processed via Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will verify quotes, SPA, and margins, approve or reject orders with clear reasoning, and maintain documentation on SharePoint and ZVI.

Training and cross-functional coordination are key components of the role. The position emphasizes process clarity, order accuracy, and collaboration with sales, support, and brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, CS, IT, or related field.
• Certification or training in QA, CRM tools (e.g., MS Dynamics) preferred.
• Experience with software procurement and order accuracy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Verify quotes, SPA, and margins in CRM.
• Approve or reject orders with clear reasoning.
• Maintain vendor and process documentation on SharePoint and ZVI.
• Train and report to ensure order accuracy.
• Act as liaison between sales, support and brand teams.
• Provide guidelines and training to AE’s/CSS’s/SwE’s.
• Manage and report day-to-day QC activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Certification or training in Quality Assurance, CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), or Software Procurement
