Job summary

TISS in Rawalpindi, Pakistan is hiring a Presales Trainee to support technical proposals, analyze customer requirements, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions. This entry‑level role offers exposure to presales processes, lab setups, and vendor coordination, with a clear path for growth in cybersecurity sales support.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity, have basic networking knowledge, and are proficient in English and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of networking principles, Windows/Linux, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, firewalls or similar security solutions from academic projects or internships.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting detailed technical proposals.
• Support solution sizing and BoQ preparation by coordinating with vendors and OEMs.
• Assist in lab setup and run demonstrations and PoCs for cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain opportunity trackers and ensure proposal documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Complete vendor training programs and obtain relevant accreditations to enhance technical knowledge.
