Job summary

Trillium Information Security Systems in Rawalpindi is seeking a motivated Presales Trainee to support the team with technical proposals, customer requirements analysis, and demo of cybersecurity solutions. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in security technologies and presales processes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in CS/IT/Cybersecurity, basic networking/Web/Linux knowledge, and proficiency in English and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Basic networking, Windows/Linux, and core cybersecurity concepts.
• familiarity with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, or other security solutions through academic projects, labs, or internships.
• Strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting technical proposals.
• Support solution sizing and BoQ preparation in coordination with vendors and OEMs.
• Assist in setting up lab environments and conducting demos and PoCs for cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain opportunity trackers and proposal documentation.
• Complete assigned vendor training and accreditations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Presales Trainee to support our team in preparing technical proposals, analyzing customer requirements, and demonstrating cybersecurity solutions. This role offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in cybersecurity technologies, solution design, and presales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting technical proposals.
• Support solution sizing and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation in coordination with vendors and OEMs.
• Assist in setting up lab environments and conducting demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain opportunity trackers and proposal documentation.
• Complete assigned vendor training and accreditations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, and core cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, or other security solutions through academic projects, labs, or internships.
• Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Good to Have: CompTIA Security+, CEH, home-lab experience, or a relevant internship.
